With your personal cultural profile you can compare yourself against any of Argonaut’s cultures. Find where the biggest gaps are, and where you have common ground. If you are in a group, your trainer may give you the chance to compare yourself against the group profile too.

Personalised advice on crossing cultures

Based on your assessment results, you can get “strategies” for dealing with specific cultures. These give very practical descriptions of how you can be successful when there are differences between you and the cultures you deal with. The strategies are immediately available when you click the various parts of your profile map.

Intercultural dilemmas

Based on your assessment results and the cultures you choose, you’ll see typical dilemmas that arise between cultures. The dilemmas are a good point to start thinking about how you would deal with cultural differences in practical situations. They are also a good talking point in group training or in discussions with a coach.

Browse directly from your assessment results or our easy-to-use index of country information to find facts and analysis about the cultures you deal with. Subjects covered include communication style, problem-solving, conflict, country facts, basic concepts like time and space, and many more. We frequently add new Argonaut cultures.
