Since its creation in 2001, Argonaut has been generating group profiles. But many group assessment tools use averages to show group results. That's sometimes useful when a group is generally homogeneous compared to outsiders. But when there is diversity inside team, we need a different approach. Argonaut does not hide vital signs of diversity behind "average" results. Averages can be meaningless in multicultural teams.
