Chloé has dedicated over eight years to humanitarian work across eleven countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, Colombia, Sri Lanka, and Jordan. Her experience spans four continents, where she has consistently worked at the intersection of cultures, ideas, and perspectives. She is especially expert in the United States, DRC, Jordan, Mozambique, and France.

A director-level leader, she has overseen complex, multi-sector portfolios of up to $22M in high-stakes, international environments. Throughout her career, she has managed and supported teams comprising over twenty different nationalities, learning to navigate cultural nuances and foster trust, inclusion, and collaboration across borders. Her expertise lies in helping organizations and teams adapt their practices to diverse cultural settings — ensuring that strategies, communication, and decision-making are both contextually relevant and impact-driven.
